I'm eager to apply my UX design skills in different industries, having honed my abilities through challenging experiences in healthcare.
My goal is to deepen my understanding of the business world while contributing to the creation of products and services that are increasingly tailored to people's real-life needs.
How I can add value to the team
My experience has taught me that some UX challenges are universal:
- The challenge of transforming organizational processes into user-centered designs.
- Without a clear and explicit business service model, it's very difficult to create solutions that streamline critical paths: wheter it's scheduling appointments in healthcare, or managing record workflows.
- MVPs often shift technical debt onto users under the misguided metaphor of "moving fast," rather than serving as a tool for better adaptation.
- "Show me the money": My healthcare experience taught me to understand that all services, regardless of the sector, have business implications that need to be considered in design.
How I want to grow in UX
I'm a naturally curious person, so I'm always excited to expand my skill set.
While I've already developed advanced skills in Figma, I'm now exploring the world of HTML and CSS. Eventually, I aim to evolve into a Design Engineer role.
